Bitcoin2you reserves the right to decline its services, at its discretion, with present as well as prospective Users at all times. It is the discretion of the Bitcoin2you to suspend or terminate any action in favor of the User until a reasonable and satisfactory explanation with supporting documents is provided, on suspicion of the User abusing the relationship as contemplated above.
When purchasing a Bitcoin contract through the website the Buyer agrees that he or she is over 18 years of age, have your parent or guardian’s consent to these Terms, (b) have the power to enter a binding contract with us and are not barred from doing so under any applicable laws, applicable upon you or Bitcoin2you.
You must check your local jurisdiction laws applicable before buying the Bitcoin contract & only enter into such transaction if you are allowed to do so! Bitcoin2you assumes that it is legal for you to enter into a transaction with Bitcoin2you and you have perused through the Terms and Conditions and agree to all applicable terms.
Bitcoin2you represents a speculative investment and involves a high degree of risk. Users must have the financial ability, sophistication/experience and willingness to bear the risks of an investment and Bitcoin2you presumes existence of the same in the User. Information provided on the website is not intended to be, nor should it be construed or used as investment, tax or legal advice, a recommendation, or an offer to sell, or a solicitation of an offer to buy, an interest in transaction. An investment on the Website is not suitable for all investors.
Actions with Cryptocurrencies carry inherent risks. Due to the fact that Cryptocurrencies are unregulated and decentralized, their value is not insured by any legal entities. The value of any Contract, any amount of any Cryptocurrency is subject to change as per Hash Rates due to a number of factors. These factors include but are not limited to changes of mining difficulty and/or other mining parameters/properties, fluctuating price of Cryptocurrencies, obsolescence of hardware and amortization of hardware. You understand and agree that the worth of any Contract and any amount of mined Cryptocurrency may lose all worth at any moment of time due to the nature of Cryptocurrencies. You understand that you are solely responsible for management of the Cryptocurrencies in your balance as well as any losses or charges incurred by any third-party entity.
Any information related to Cryptocurrency and Cryptocurrency mining that is/was posted, published and/or provided by Bitcoin2you via any channel of communication (including but not limited to: on the Website, in the Panel, via the Support Service, via Email newsletter, in social media) is subject to change.
The User must not buy, sell, exchange, hold, own or otherwise use or exploit Cryptocurrencies in any way which is prohibited by the laws or regulations which apply to the User. Cryptocurrencies may not be appropriate for everyone. Before entering into any transactions for any Cryptocurrencies the User should learn about them to ensure that they are appropriate for the User. Like all currencies, there are disadvantages to using Cryptocurrencies. Some of the risks particular to Cryptocurrencies include:
currency fluctuation - the price of Bitcoin and/or any other Cryptocurrency may fall sharply and may even fall to zero;
transactions with Cryptocurrencies may be unconfirmed for a period of time. Although very unlikely, some Cryptocurrency transactions may never be confirmed - Cryptocurrency transactions which are unconfirmed are not completed;
transactions with Cryptocurrencies - if you send any amount of any Cryptocurrency to the wrong person, you may be unable to recover those funds;
Cryptocurrencies may be lost if you lose or forget any PINs or passwords necessary to access and spend those Cryptocurrencies;
unknown technical defects inherent in Cryptocurrencies; and
new regulation which impacts the use of Cryptocurrencies.
By agreeing to these terms of service or by mining Cryptocurrencies by using the Service, you are indicating that you understand, are capable of understanding and accept the risks associated with Cryptocurrencies.

“Bitcoin Contract” is a proprietary right to future Bitcoins produced by Bitcoin2you's computer systems applying the hash rate agreed between the Buyer and Bitcoin2you for the Term.
“Lease Term” is 18 months from the Mining Contract Purchase Date unless otherwise agreed in writing between Bitcoin2you and the Buyer.
“Buyer” is the purchaser of a Bitcoin contract through the website, hereinafter referred to as "user" or "you".
“Bitcoin2you” is the subsidiary company of BEL CRYPTO GLOBAL EXCHANGERS HK LIMITED that operates the website www.Bitcoin2you.com, affiliated websites, and computer systems that produce Bitcoins, and offers Bitcoin contracts to its Users.
“Bitcoin2you's computer systems” are the software and hardware operated and maintained by Bitcoin2you to mine Bitcoins.
“Hash” is a mathematical process that takes a variable amount of data and produces a shorter, fixed-length output. A hashing function has two important characteristics. Firstly, it is mathematically difficult to work out what the original input was by looking at the output. Secondly, changing even the tiniest part of the input will produce an entirely different output.
“Hash rate” is the number of hashes that can be performed by a bitcoin miner in a given period of time (usually a second).
“Hash difficult level” is an estimate about how difficult it is to mine (find) a new bitcoin block. Bitcoin mining has two main purposes. One is adding transactions to the bitcoin blockchain. The other purpose is to create new bitcoins.
“KYC” or “Know Your Client/Customer” rules force financial institutions to vet the people they are doing business with, ensuring that they are legitimate.
“Lease Contract Purchase Date” is the date the Buyer submits the request to purchase the Bitcoin contract via online form at the website unless otherwise agreed in writing between Bitcoin2you and the Buyer.
“Mining” is the act of generating new bitcoins by solving cryptographic problems using computing hardware;
"Support" or "Customer Support" is the technical support service of Bitcoin2you that is available where Users can find answers to general questions and request assistance by submitting a request;
“Transaction” is an agreement between the Buyer and Bitcoin2you to purchase a Bitcoin contract at an agreed rate.
“Price” means the price for which the Buyer agrees to purchase a Bitcoin contract.
“Transaction Price” is the total price comprising the Price payable to the Bitcoin2you for a Bitcoin contract.
Bitcoin2you has limited operating history or performance.
Bitcoin2you and its managers or advisors may rely on the trading expertise and experience of third-party managers or advisors, the identity of which shall be fully disclosed on the request of Users.
The Bitcoin contract may involve a complex tax structure, which should be reviewed carefully, and may involve structures or strategies that may cause delays in important tax information being sent to Users.
Scope of Service:
Purchase of Bitcoin contract
(a) The Buyer agrees to pay to Bitcoin2you the Transaction Price;
(b) Bitcoin2you agrees to use its best endeavors to operate Bitcoin2you's computer systems applying the hash rate agreed between the Bitcoin2you and the Buyer to produce Bitcoins; and pay 10% @ current hash difficulty level for a total of 18 months from the date of such Bitcoin contract. -
(c) the Buyer agrees that Bitcoin2you's computer systems are operated at the sole discretion of Bitcoin2you;
(d) the Buyer is not required to pay any registration fee/entry fee or any other fee for mere participation on the website;
Process of purchasing a Bitcoin contract
www.Bitcoin2you.com offers Bitcoin contracts. The Buyer accepts the Transaction Price, Price offered by Bitcoin2you upon submitting a valid purchase request via the online form at the website.
By submitting such a purchase request, online payment will be processed and the Transaction is binding upon you. Please make sure that all your data is correct.
That Bitcoin2you shall provide/entitle the Buyer to return services purchased by the Buyer within a period of 30 days from the date of such purchase made on the website.
Also, it is your responsibility to ensure that your email communication is safe and protected against third party access and Bitcoin2you shall not be held liable for an error or lapse in the safety of your email account and a breach therein.
Scope of Business Excluded
Payout services - Bitcoin2you does NOT provide payout services.
Transfer services- Bitcoin2you does NOT provide money transfer services for remittance purposes.
Wallet App services- Bitcoin2you does NOT provide Wallet App services to payers or payees and/or services of a similar nature.
Payment System services- Bitcoin2you does NOT provide payment system accounts to payers or payees and/or services of a similar nature.
Escrow services - Bitcoin2you does NOT provide escrow services.
Bitcoin2you shall not be responsible for any overpayment or loss of money through human error at user end.
Bitcoin2you shall not be responsible for any restriction by the bank.
Bitcoin2you shall not be responsible for any law that does not allow making purchases with us as per local jurisdiction.
Eligibility to enter into a Contract -
That all agreements entered into on this website shall be in accordance the requirements of entering into a Contract in the respective Contracting States which generally state that all agreements are contracts if they are made by the free consent of parties competent to contract, for a lawful consideration and with a lawful object, and are not expressly declared to be void. Nothing herein contained shall affect any law in force applicable to either Parties, by which any contract is required to be made in writing or in the presence of witnesses, or any law relating to the registration of documents.
In order to purchase a Bitcoin contract on www.Bitcoin2you.com, the user has to create a personal account with Bitcoin2you providing -
his or her name, email address, phone number, mail address, Bitcoin wallet ID and a password.
Creating a personal account is free of charge, however you have to acknowledge the terms and conditions.
Your username can not be changed once created. The user must ensure that the username and password are kept confidential at all times and the same is protected.
In case of misuse or abuse of the website, the services or of a User’s account, Bitcoin2you reserves the right to disable your personal account. Bitcoin2you will record the amount of Bitcoins produced pursuant to the Buyer's Bitcoin contract, in the Buyer's personal account from time to time and shall ensure that the amount of Bitcoins produced remains under the permissible limit. While Bitcoin2you will use its best efforts to ensure such records are accurate and up to date, Bitcoin2you makes no guarantee as to the accuracy of any such records and reserves the absolute right at its sole discretion to vary, correct or alter such records and the Buyer has no right whatsoever to the number of Bitcoins recorded on the Buyer's personal account from time to time.
Information We Collect -
Bitcoin2you is also required to keep full records of all transactions and Bitcoin transfers together with identification provided and constantly monitor any unusual or suspicious transactions of any size.
Bitcoin2you collects the following basic information from its customers for its records:
Picture of Permanent Account Number (PAN) Card
By using our services you will need to identify yourself with your mobile phone number which is done by SMS-Authentication. www.Bitcoin2you.com shall ask you to confirm your identity or other personal details before we transfer Bitcoin to your wallet. This does not mean in any way that the suspicion is falling on you and any information about your identity is held confidentially.
As the time you select a contract, you can sign up for free by providing all your true details. We will not be responsible for any wrong, fraud, astray, false or incomplete information provided by you. While creating the account, make sure you use a username that is easy to use and password that is complicated that can not be easily traced. Bitcoin2you will record the amount of cryptocurrency produced pursuant to the Buyer’s Cloud Mining Contract, in the Buyer’s personal account from time to time. While Bitcoin2you will use its best efforts to ensure such records are accurate and up to date, Bitcoin2you makes no guarantee as to the accuracy of any such records and reserves the absolute right at its sole discretion to vary, correct or alter such records and the Buyer has no absolute right to the amount recorded on the Buyer’s personal account from time to time.
Bitcoin2you will transfer Bitcoin produced pursuant to the Buyer's Bitcoin contract, to the Buyer's designated Bitcoin wallet upon request every 15th day paycycle, on 5th & 20th of every month, within a 72 hour grace period and no more than bi-monthly. The Buyer agrees that Bitcoin2you will not make any such transfers beyond this date and/or paycycle, despite any request to do so.

Transactions with a cash component of USD$10,000 or more; Any transactions or other activities regarded as suspicious. We have imposed a transaction limit of USD 10,000 per transaction.
Measures for implementation of KYC and Anti-Money Laundering Policy (hereinafter referred to as “AML Policy”)
Bitcoin2you shall appoint a competent and qualified employee as an AML and KYC Policy Compliance Person who reviews and updates the KYC and AML Policy to ensure compliance with all relevant and applicable legislation, regulations and recommendations and monitor compliance of KYC and AML Policy. Bitcoin2you’s employees would be trained to identify and take action on suspicious transactions through the Website and Services and make regular internal reports on such suspicious transactions, if any. Bitcoin2you regularly inspects the transactions done through its Website using its Services and would report them to relevant supervisory and/or law enforcement authorities. Bitcoin2you reserves the right to determine suspicious and unusual transactions that result into abuse of relationship with the Bitcoin2you.
Changes to KYC and AML Policy
Bitcoin2you reserves the right to change, amend, alter or delete some or all parts of this KYC and AML Policy, include new procedure and exclude existing procedures in this KYC and AML Policy. It is the duty of the User to keep updated and comply at all times with the KYC and AML Policy as and when updated on the Website.
The User warrants that he or she will only use the website in accordance with the purpose of the offered service and solely based on the T&Cs. The User further agrees that he or she has the authority and means to enter a transaction. Furthermore, the User warrants that he or she is the legitimate owner of the monetary sums he or she intends to exchange against a Bitcoin contract and that he or she does not infringe the rights of any third party or applicable law.
In addition, the User agrees not to use the website or the Bitcoin contract, either directly or indirectly for any kind of illegal activity such as money laundering, terrorism financing or negatively affecting the performance of the website. The User is prohibited to use or copy any of the information or contents of this or any other affiliated websites and use such information for any purpose whatsoever. The User is prohibited to send spam or distribute any other material through the website. The User is prohibited from distributing any illegal material through the website or use the website in any other way than as intended by Bitcoin2you.
The User must not collect any data from this website or its users without prior written permission by Bitcoin2you. The User must not use anonymous networks such as TOR to access our website.
Any misuse of our services based on these T&Cs will result in the seizure of the Bitcoin produced pursuant to the User's Bitcoin contract and any relevant funds.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality for and integrity of their Bitcoin wallet including its access information. The user must notify Bitcoin2you of www.Bitcoin2you.com immediately if the user's wallet address has changed or if there is any other change, loss, fraud or suspicion about the user's Bitcoin wallet or any transfers in or out of it. Bitcoin2you shall not be liable for any lost Bitcoin wallet information, hacked Bitcoin wallet accounts or any loss arising as a result including by theft or fraud.
We closely observe any activities that might relate to money laundering or illegal activities. Bitcoin2you reserves the right to share users' information with third parties to ensure intended operations of the website and its security.
www.Bitcoin2you.com is not liable for any damages incurred as a result of sending emails through the Internet. Emails should only be sent in encrypted format.
Bitcoin2you is attentive in maintaining the security of the site and its services. By registering with us, Users agree to provide Bitcoin2you with current, accurate, and complete information as prompted by the registration process, and to keep such information updated. Users further agree that they will not access or use any account type (and/or profile type) other than their own at any time, or assist others in obtaining unauthorized access.
Bitcoin2you is not responsible for losses suffered by users. Any information related to Buy and Sell, rate of production at hash per second, spot prices, or any investment advice should not be interpreted as such.
In case the balance shows no credit, or there are insufficient fund in the linked account to cover any amounts owed to the Bitcoin2you hereunder, the User authorizes Bitcoin2you to debit the requisite amount. Bitcoin2you may resubmit debits or charges until all amounts owed by Authorized User to Bitcoin2you hereunder are satisfied in full. In the event of closed accounts, Bitcoin2you will issue an invoice for the services rendered, which is due immediately without other requirements. In case of late payments, Bitcoin2you is entitled to charge a commonly used interest rate for overdue invoices. The proof of higher damage is not excluded.
Intellectual Property and Linking
Bitcoin2you owns all intellectual property rights on this and all its affiliated websites. www.Bitcoin2you.com has not reviewed all of the sites linked to the website and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any third party links does not imply endorsement by our company of the site. Use of any such linked web site is at the user's own risk.
By purchasing a Bitcoin contract on our website you acknowledge and agree that:

We have the right to refuse any order for any reason, which is at our absolute discretion and you hereby agree to release and indemnify us in the exercise of that discretion.
The Buyer further acknowledges that trading currency including Bitcoin involves risk, especially through price fluctuation. In addition there might be unforeseen risks that are not identified in these T&Cs. We cannot be held liable for any consequences of such unforeseen risks.
Bitcoin2you applies global due diligence standards on every transaction. The beneficial owners (Know-Your-Customer rules, KYC) are identified accordingly. Thresholds required by law are set automatically depending on the account type conditional to the purpose of transactions (payment for goods and services or money transmitting).
The User authorizes the Bitcoin2you, directly or through third parties, to make any inquiries the Bitcoin2you considers necessary to verify the User’s identity and/or other information.
www.Bitcoin2you.com does not offer any legal, financial, insurance, tax, investment or associated advice. All transactions made are the sole responsibility of the User considering his or her personal circumstances. We do not recommend anything available on the website.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability in respect of any claims made in connection with or arising out of the use of the Website or the Service (whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise) for direct losses will be limited to the Fees.
You agree not to use the Website or the Service in any way which:
may give rise to civil or criminal liability for Bitcoin2you; or
may bring Bitcoin2you into disrepute.
The User hereby agrees to indemnify, defend and hold us and our officers, directors, owners, agents, information providers, affiliates, licensors and licensees (collectively, the "Indemnified Parties") harmless from and against any and all liability and costs (including reasonable legal fees) incurred by the Indemnified Parties in connection with any claim arising out of:

Amendment, assignment, and governing law

The laws of the State of Hong kong, Singapore, India and Malaysia govern these terms and conditions, without regard to its conflict of law provisions, and you irrevocably and unconditionally submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong kong, Singapore, India and Malaysia to resolve any dispute that arises as a result of or in connection with this agreement.
These T&C are to be interpreted so that they comply with all applicable laws and if any provision does not comply then it must be read down so as to give it as much effect as possible however, if it is not possible to give that provision any effect at all then it is to be severed from this agreement in which case the remainder of this agreement will continue to have full force and effect.
Due to the nature of Bitcoin contract, any transaction conducted using Bitcoin2you’s services is final regardless of any defects in or non-delivery of any goods or services purchased in connection with such digital cash transaction, or any other aspect of the User’s transaction.
The Relevant User is advised to use adequate care because Bitcoin2you cannot reverse a transaction that has been communicated to and confirmed by the network.
If the User experiences a problem with any goods or services purchased from the Bitcoin2you in connection with using Bitcoin2you’s services, or if the User has a dispute with Bitcoin2you, the User must handle it directly with Bitcoin2you. Bitcoin2you has no control over, or liability for, the delivery, quality, safety, or any other aspect of any goods or services that User may purchase from Bitcoin2you.

Grievance Redressal Cell
If the User believes that Bitcoin2you has behaved in a fraudulent, misleading, or inappropriate manner, or if User cannot adequately resolve a dispute with Bitcoin2you, the User may notify Bitcoin2you’s Support Team so that Bitcoin2you may consider whether to take any action.
That the Grievance Redressal Cell shall respond to your grievance within a period of 7 days from the date of making such complaints and ensure that the same is dealt with, to the best of their abilities.
Every instance that a complaint is filed a complaint number shall be generated and shared with the complainant for the purpose of tracking the complaint and redressal of the same.
